Why a Wine Cellar?

Additional Information


Payment:  Custom Wine Cellars, in conjunction with Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Credit card approval must be received prior to the order being processed.  International credit cards from banks outside of the United States will be accepted at Paypal's discretion.  We do not accept cash, credit vouchers, or gift certificates.

Delivery:  Delivery occurs only on business days Monday through Friday.  Delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.

Sales Tax:  Sales tax does not apply on items purchased outside the state of Michigan.

Shipping:  Most orders will be shipped via Standard "Ground" Service.  Please note, there is no "ground" service to Alaska or Hawaii, so there is an additional shipping and handling charge to these states.  Orders outside the continental United States will be handled on an individual basis.  Most products are shipped via UPS / FedEx, however, orders of large quantity and some of our heavier products must be shipped via motor freight.  All orders will be followed with an e-mail confirmation.  If an item is in a back-order situation, we will contact you directly.  Availability of items is not guaranteed.  Shipment must be to a qualified receiving facility.  Receiving personnel must be available during regular business hours.  Drivers are not responsible for the off-load of shipments.  The customer is solely responsible for further handling of the order, such as in-home delivery and set up.

Return Policy:  You may return the item(s) within seven (7) days of receiving the order for a refund of the merchandise cost LESS 10% of restocking fee.  Shipping returns are at the customers expense.  Items must be in new unused condition and returned back to Custom Wine Cellars in the same shipping material used for delivery.  Credit, exchanges or refunds will be given when Custom Wine Cellars is contacted by customer, PRIOR to shipping return.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code will be given at that initial return inquiry.  Only then, will the return be accepted by Custom Wine Cellars.  If your item is missing any parts, you have seven (7) days to report this via email or telephone to Custom Wine Cellars. After seven days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects ONLY.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all merchandise ordered from Custom Wine Cellars can fit into the home or business, including but not limited to doorways, steps or bends that may apply.  Merchandise that was not measured appropriately cannot be accepted for return.

Package Refusal:  Without prior written authorization, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (round trip) on all refused packages.  If you find it necessary to refuse a shipped package for ANY reason, please contact us immediately via email or call us at 989-865-8258.
